Behind the Book with authors David de la Garza, Joyce Rosner and Gene de la Garza

The de la Garza/Rosner family has written the new children’s book, The Great, Great, Great Chicken War. Joyce Rosner, an architecture professor and artist, and Gene de la Garza, a material scientist, with their then 5 year old son, David de la Garza, created the book as a way to help parents begin a conversation about conflict with their children. The Great, Great, Great Chicken War presents a child’s interpretation of how silly people can be when they fight.
