Behind the Book with author Mitchell Gold

In 1989, Mitchell Gold and his business partner, Bob Williams, created a furniture company called Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, in Taylorsville, North Carolina. In 2005, Inc. Magazine named Gold one of its “26 Entrepreneurs We Love.” Mitchell also founded Faith in America, dedicated to ending religion-based prejudice against the gay community. He supports a variety of nonprofits, including those helping people with life-threatening diseases and those working for equal rights.
